Eleanor Crow studied at Edinburgh College of Art (BA Fine Art Drawing & Painting), and Central Saint Martins (MA in Communication Design). She has exhibited at the Lynn Painter-Stainers, Royal Society of Portrait Painters and the Royal Scottish Academy open exhibitions. She has lectured at a number of art colleges in the UK and in the Czech Republic in drawing and design, and is based in a studio in East London. She works from life, with an emphasis on observation, light and colour.
